Central Station (currently Central Station on Orange) is a seven-level, mixed-use apartment community in downtown Orlando, adjacent to the Lynx Central Station.

The apartment building is 279 units of 1 BR, 1 BR Loft, 2 BR/1BA, 2 BR/2 BA, Townhomes and 3 BD/2 BA units, with11,626 SF of ground floor retail wrapping a seven-level precast concrete parking garage of 379 spaces.

The building is developed by Crescent Communities and constructed by Winter Park Construction. Lord Aeck Sargent provided full-service architectural services for the project. Gordon Burns provided Construction Administration services for LAS.
