The Elizabeth and the Lakeside Dining and Activities Center are the newest facilities at the Atlantic Shores community in Virginia Beach, VA.

The Elizabeth contains 136 Alcove Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom with Den independent living units on six floors.  The apartments are designed and finished as independent living units with the ability to convert all units to serve any handicapped requirements. The building is brick masonry on metal studs.

The Lakeside Dining & Activities Center provides cocktails and dining for 180 persons and includes a full-service kitchen and Multi-Purpose Activities rooms for a wide range of resident activities.

The six-story Elizabeth midrise building is approximately 210,000 GSF and the Lakeside Dining and Activities Center is approximately 12,000 GSF was built on-schedule and on-budget in twenty months.

The James, the first mid-rise building at Atlantic Shores, is a four-story, 100-unit brick masonry and wood frame structure with Alcove Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom with Den independent living units.
