Kiosks

Six commercial kiosks, with small 10 X 10 foot floors were constructed around the perimeter of the Seaside Town Center Amphitheater, for retail use.

Tenants included custom jewelry store, a native plants and flowers store, a cigar store, a realty sales office and others.

The kiosks were constructed by Beard Construction Company. Burns arranged financing and provided design, development, construction administration and commercial leasing services for Seaside.
